Blue Sky Charter is currently seeking qualified Motor Coach and School Bus Drivers for immediate full-time and part-time positions.
As a trusted charter transportation provider, Blue Sky Charter delivers reliable and professional transportation services to a wide range of clients, including corporate groups, sports teams, tour groups, schools, universities, churches, and private organizations. Our services operate across Canada and select cross-border destinations, offering drivers the opportunity to experience diverse routes while working with a supportive and professional team.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in safe driving, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Prior charter or school bus driving experience is an asset; however, training and certification support may be provided for qualified applicants.
Driver Qualifications
Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Class B or Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Valid air brake endorsement
- Current driver abstract (clean record required)
- Valid medical certificate and ability to pass a DOT / commercial driver medical examination
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs (23 kg) or more
- Strong knowledge of local and regional routes, with the ability to use navigation tools (GPS, route planning apps)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and extended trips when required
